Tiana S. Clark
People ask if I learned resilience from my military service. I tell them that I learned resilience growing up orphaned in the murder capital of the world. I took OWNERSHIP of my life at a very young age and learned to bet on myself. Since then, I've climbed the ladder in two Fortune Top 10 corporations, creating my OWN corporate positions — twice. I spent the last decade of my career at Microsoft, where I built the first-ever U.S. Services Sales University.
As a former military intelligence sergeant, I've briefed international generals at the Pentagon, led U.S. war target strategy, and finished my bachelor's degree while deployed.
With no prior filmmaking experience, I led a team of 40+ people to create the Hollywood-award-winning tween film series, Soci Circle, which has been critically acclaimed as a modern-day Mister Roger’s Neighborhood.
Teaching has always been in my blood. I'm a former public school teacher, current school board director, and I am a NU Kellogg Business School Professor. I'm a wife, mom of four, gardener, foodie, nonprofit founder, and entrepreneur.

I teach people how to be AUDACIOUS -- not to be confused with being ostentatious. It's not arrogance, or even swag. Being AUDACIOUS is about how you feel on the inside. To be AUDACIOUS is to be bold, be brave, believe in yourself, and be about it.
To be an AUDACIOUS leader means to first learn to lead yourself. Leadership is not a certificate, title, or promotion. It's having the audacity to make people and places better than you found them.
